What is our refund policy - We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy for both Prepaid and COD orders.

How long does it take to receive my order-Once your order is placed, we ship it within 24 hours. It takes up to 5-7 working days for the order to be delivered.

Do you charge for shipping - Yes, we do have shipping charges based on the order value. For orders  with a value of Rs. 999 or below, a shipping fee of Rs. 40 rs applies.

What is our return policy - Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items with tampered or removed price tags will not be accepted. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed - However, you may return your order after it has been delivered, in accordance with our return policy.

How long does it take to process refunds - Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product

What payment methods do you accept - COD and pre-paid are avaible 

My amount got deducted while placing an order and the order did not get place either, what should I do - The amount deducted will be reflected back to your original payment mode within 5-7 working days.
